Paris Food Tours
In their own words

Paris Food Tours Reviews

Feedback travellers left on the booking listings for these tours, in our words rather than theirs, and grouped by the quarter they describe. The critical ones are here too — they are the most useful thing on the page if you are choosing between walks that look alike on paper.

What the ratings actually are

Every score and count below belongs to the operator who runs the tour and comes from that tour’s own booking page. They are shown as plain text and nothing on this site marks them up as our own. Ratings move, so treat a figure as a snapshot taken on 2026-09-13 rather than a permanent property of a tour.

Four things travellers keep saying

Come hungry: the single most repeated piece of advice, on almost every listing in the pool. Several reviewers describe skipping dinner afterwards, and a few describe not managing the last stop at all.

The guide makes the afternoon: Gaspard, Esther, Julie, Imrane, Matthew, Sammy, Harriet and Lola are all named by reviewers who booked different walks. The food is consistent; the guiding is what moves a review from four stars to five.

The quarter is the point: reviewers repeatedly say they saw a part of Paris they would not otherwise have walked, and several booked on their first day deliberately to get their bearings.

Know what you booked: the mild criticism here is almost all about expectations — a walk with nowhere to sit, a shop shut for the August holidays, a guide who did not draw the group in, a tasting round that skewed sweet. Most of it is on the listing before you pay.

One pattern is worth reading for: on the walks that stand rather than sit, the reviews split by who was in the group. The same three hours read as relaxed to one party and as uncomfortable to another with older travellers in it, and the listings do say which walks put you at a table.

Read the ratings, then pick the quarter

The grid sorts by rating against review volume, so the most-trusted walks sit at the top.

For the practical side of a booking, see planning your visit; for what is actually on the plate, the dish list. Every tour these reviewers describe is on the Paris Food Tours grid.
